The issue affecting the creation of new payment requests has been resolved. Payment requests are creating normally again. We have also added additional safeguards to prevent the form from appearing successful when a request has not been saved.

A fix has been deployed for the payment request creation issue. We are monitoring the workflow to confirm that new payment requests are being created successfully.

We are investigating an issue where some users may be unable to create new payment requests. In affected cases, submitting a payment request may close the form without creating the record.
